After Yank ran an article stating our disagreement with the Free Speech Coalitions attack on the Child Porn Prevention Act, Spectator Magazine, whose corp. president is the Northern California Rep. for the FSC sent a Bay Area goon squad into L.A. to deliver a message to Yanks Bod-Father... Keep your mouth shut about the FSC’s attempts to legalize kiddie porn. This is not the first time Yank has been given a message to not speak out against the Southern California based FSC.

As our nation mourned the tragedy of Sept. 11 and decent people reached out to comfort and offer assistance to the many people who were deeply affected by the attack, the human scum that is Spectator and its perverted allies had other plans, namely, delivering some payback to Yank Magazine for outing them and their Free Speech Coalition cohorts attempt to legalize kiddie porn. With acts that are as twisted and sick as the pack of sexually perverted, racist physco’s that make up this motley organization that Yank has been reporting on, a new chapter in deviant behavior has now been added to their shady endeavors.

For any of our readers who are new, Spectator Magazine is a racist run porno paper that is funded by prostitution services. It’s publisher is a aged hooker known as P. Kat Sunlove, who, since 1995, has had her son or various other organized “enforcers” in the Bay Area steal or attempt to destroy many of Yanks news vending machines. When Yank vendors discover the broken newsracks we many times find racist hate messages written on them as one of the motives for the crimes. Do to these acts, the Spectator is currently under a open investigation by the S.F.P.D. Hate Crimes unit, yet their organized crime org. has so little respect for the law, they continue to commit crime on a virtual daily basis, right under the nose of the S.F.P.D! It seems that Spectators organization has a “what you going to do about it” attitude as they thumb their noses at not only Yank and the S.F.P.D, but law enforcement agencies state wide.

From the research Yank has done, the lead instigators of the crimes against Yank are the two men that hide behind Kat Sunlove, Dave Patrick and Layne Winklebleck.

Based on the negative editorials both men have written in Spectator blasting Yank, along with statements made to us by the corps. management and various employees, it has become evident that these two male corporate members appear to be involved, instructing and organizing the crimes

against Yank. These two men have sheepishly chosen to hide behind a woman in order to soften the corps. public image, while they organize the type of acts the adult industry is so disappointingly infamous for.

Spectator thugs are so obsessed with me and Yank that they used one of their slimy buds in L.A. to locate the hotel I was staying at then stalked me to it. They then monitored my hotel stay on several separate occasions and waited until I left L.A. to steal and vandalize Yank vending machines and steal Yank magazines. Incredibly, Spectator went so far as to install one of their hench men in L.A. in order to keep strong arming and racketeering my company on a long term basis.

The L.A. based publication known as the “SUN” operates out of the Hollywood area and it’s publishers Brian Crawford and Jim Atwell have worked with Spectators Sunlove in the past in a failed attempt to over turn a law which was put in place to protect children from the hard core porn that both publications use as a main stay. Crawford and Atwell are known as gossips who love to pass along any bit of information that can arouse trouble between rival publications, the resulting battles often gets the “SUN” a greater market and larger street visibility. When the L.A. TIMES contacted the SUN’s publisher, Brian Crawford, after he lost the court battle to keep hardcore porn available to children, Crawford sheepishly declined comment, saying “I don’t want to be a story, don’t do a story on me” to the Times reporter. In true lowlife fashion, Crawford and his partner Atwell’s names frequently come up when problems occur in the rough and tumble world of street newspaper sales, and both have a long term relationship with Spectator Magazine.

After YANK broke the KIDDIE PORN story, I quickly realized that Spectator had stalked me into L.A. Suddenly, the same types of vandalism and theft that Yank had been experiencing in the Bay area since 1995 began occurring in parts of L.A., this is how outrageously insane this corporation is! They actually dispatched their people to drive the 800 mile round trip from S.F. to L.A. simply to break some of Yanks vending machine windows, steal some property and leave addl. racial hate messages on our newsracks! This is the type of scumbags I’m dealing with. This pack of punks even had the gall to stay at the same motel I was staying at and I caught one of the punks sneaking around behind me, stealing YANK Magazines out of the newsracks. He was the typical type loser that Spectator hires, dirty and under-educated looking. He had jail bird written all over him and obviously was under the influence of some drug or booze. One of the things I’ve noted over the years is how punks like this get it in the end, while their young they think their real slick, they play tough guys or think their a big shot gang member, or a pimp because their girl friends are hookers. But as the years wear on and other men who learned trades or went to college and became educated become successful, punks like these get left behind. They end up in jail or out on the street being male hookers or end up dead playing tough guy in the wrong neighborhood. It’s the way the world works and when I look at these morons, this pack of punks who are too afraid and lazy to run their business like real men but would rather hide behind an aged hooker and play games, it becomes obvious they will be on the bottom rung of the ladder of success for their entire lives.

One night I was getting ready to head over to Las Vegas and I opened my hotel room door to find one of the Spectators henchmen in the room right next to mine. This idiot was acting like he was a real big shot. He was running around the hotel parking lot on his cell phone while his bored and embarrassed girl friend tried to hide her shame for hanging around with such a loser. Imagine, “Hey honey, lets go to L.A., I ain’t gonna take you anywhere nice but were gonna sneak around and tip over YANK vending machines and break some windows, you know, the usual stuff”. I’m sure this girl was checking out the Limo’s’s and all the hot studs in fancy cars having a good time and wondered, how did I end up with this moron?

As I headed out of town I called my partner and told them it looks like were going to have some vandalism, racist graffiti and theft, sure enough, when I came back to L.A. they’d done as I predicted, a trail of vandalism and tipped over machines and racist messages had been left behind. What I didn’t expect was that the trail would lead to the offices of Brian Crawford and Jim Atwell of SUN MAGAZINE. My investigation of the crimes shows that the vandals not only hit my vending machines but also those of the LAX newspaper, which, ironically, is another Latino run paper. I came to the conclusion that the Spectators thugs had found a way to fit in some addl. hate crimes against another minority run newspaper, making their trip to L.A. even more worthwhile.

Over the next few days I found that the main vandal who is showing Spectator thugs around L.A. is likely staying at a flea bag hotel across the street from the SUNS office. He appears to spend his evenings getting drunk at the bar across the street from the Sun and I believe he tried to accost me on one occasion in the city of Hollywood. He appears to be a 28 - 30 year old male, stocky with short dark hair, and I have reason to believe his name is Josh Knudson, however, Spectator has a gang of these young thugs they use to harass me so I never know who may be stalking me.

The SUN MAGAZINE office is believed to be a launching point and meeting place of this racist group for their L.A. crime activities and I am now trying to determine the scope of their involvement. I have been contacted by a legal firm who has a way to shut down these porno rags that act as a cover for crime rings and I believe that over the next year or so that many of them can be legally closed down for good.

It’s unlikely that Spectator or it’s thugs listen to the news or follow politics in the L.A. area, if so, they would know that the L.A.P.D. is still very much aware of the last time a group of insane, pimping tough guys came in from out of town and started killing off rivals, while running ads for their hooker ring in a paper called the NEW REALITY.

Also, Hate Crimes are a high priority with the L.A.P.D. so I will of course report these crimes, as I have done in the bay area. To any one reading this and thinking that this guy is full of problems, it’s true, and I can always use any donations to our legal fund or contacts with aggressive attorneys interested in fighting for my cause. I am constantly under attack by the old timers in the business who think they can strong arm me, yet I will keep up the fight to bring you the best entertainment in California, and no matter what people accuse me of, I am only protecting myself from a vicious group of physco’s’s who have come at me for years with blood in their eyes.
